About The Position
The Distribution Center Inventory Control Area Manager involves precise monitoring, analyzing, and communicating audit findings to pinpoint the underlying reasons for inventory challenges in the DC. The Inventory Control Area Manager supervises auditors and cycle count personnel in the DC environment and implements and maintains policies and procedures related to quality audits and shrink. Ensures accuracy in warehouse inventory, overseeing DC processes, and maintaining appropriate inventory reports. Coordinates and conducts training with various DC departments to resolve issues affecting merchandise flow, regularly leading meetings with operational management.
