About The Position

The position involves working in a warehouse environment, ensuring that inbound shipments are received and registered correctly. The role includes performing general warehouse duties to facilitate the flow of goods, assisting site management in complying with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, and completing necessary documentation and records. The employee will also resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments, pick and pack goods ready for dispatch, and adhere to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements. Regular and reliable attendance is expected, along with the performance of other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Full-time availability
• Ability to work shifts starting at 6:00am, 7:00am, or 9:00am as discussed in the interview.
• Ability to comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures inbound shipments are received and registered correctly.
• Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
• Assists site management to comply with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required.
• Resolves orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold liaising with other departments.
• Picks and packs goods ready for dispatch.
• Adheres to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
