About The Position

Ferguson Enterprises presents a remarkable opportunity to become part of an elite team located in Waterloo. General Warehouse Associates are key to our efficient operations. As a DC General Warehouse Associate supporting a new warehouse within out Waterloo Distribution Center you will: Hours: 7am - 3:30pm M-F with overtime as needed and 8am - 4:30pm M-F with overtime as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically fast-paced environment
• Strong dedication to safety and team collaboration
• High school diploma or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials
• Pick and fill orders from stock accurately and efficiently
• Pack and ship orders in a timely manner
• Manage, coordinate, and retrieve stock in the warehouse
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Follow quality service standards and align with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
