As a 2nd shift DC General Warehouse Associate, Equipment Operator, you will hold a key position in our operations, guaranteeing that our warehouse operates seamlessly and productively. Starting rate on 2nd shift: $23.50/hr with additional incentives of up to $5.50/hr based on performance. Shift start time typically is 3p-11:30p but can start at staggered times of 4p, 5p, or 6p. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining our exceptionally high standards.
  • Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flawless flow of goods throughout the facility.
  • Assist site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
  • Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to determine and successfully implement solutions.
  • Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch, ensuring that every order meets our world-class quality standards.
  • Follow company compliance along with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements rigorously.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance to support our ambitious operational goals.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned to contribute to the team’s success.
