About The Position

The Distribution Center Fulfillment Associate plays a crucial role in supporting healthcare logistics by managing the picking, packing, and shipping of orders within a high-volume, temperature-controlled warehouse. This position is essential for maintaining efficient workflows and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, while also providing opportunities for collaboration with various teams within the organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of related experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software (D365 experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive collaboration across all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced education (2 years or equivalent) is preferred.
• Prior experience with forklifts (counterbalance, articulated mast, stock picker, reach truck) is preferred; certification can be obtained if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely picking of materials using basic material handling equipment.
• Conduct electronic or manual verification of picked items to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damages following documented procedures.
• Package, process, and ship orders as assigned.
• Load and unload trucks using manual and electric equipment as needed.
• Carry out physical and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) goods movements using electronic devices or logs.
• Process stock transfers and fulfill material requests.
• Comply with all control procedures and policies to ensure accurate task completion.
• Contribute to a safe work environment and adhere to all safety standards.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including mandatory overtime, as required to meet business needs.
