About The Position

How You Will Make an Impact Order Fulfillment: Execute order picking, packing, and shipping processes accurately and efficiently according to established procedures. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliation. Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects prior to packaging to ensure only high-quality items are shipped to customers. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues. Equipment Operations: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse associates, supervisors, and logistics coordinators, to achieve department goals. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipping manifests using computerized systems or manual logs. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, RF scanner experience including familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.  EOE, DFWP #LI-onsite
