Hours: 5pm - 1:30am M-F with Overtime as needed Starting rate: $23.50/hr Plus the opportunity to receive up to $5.50/hr additional based on incentive!
Requirements
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Capability to operate during the 2nd shift, which involves evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to determine maintenance needs and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to successfully implement daily shipping plans and exceed performance goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency.
