About The Position

FleetPride is the largest after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. with some of the best and brightest people in the business! Partner with the best in the heavy-duty industry and apply today! Provide customer service through the delivery and/or pick-up of parts and other products. During peak business periods, 70–80% of the role involves driving and delivering parts across multiple delivery routes. During non-peak periods, responsibilities include supporting the distribution center by picking, organizing, and staging parts for shipment and delivery. Additional duties include unloading products, maintaining warehouse inventory, and ensuring delivery vehicles are clean, safe, and in good operating condition.

  • Majority of lifting and carrying will involve parts between 5 and 60 lbs.
  • OSHA approved safety toed shoes required from the first day of this job.
  • Proper protective equipment (PPE) will be worn when required and necessary.
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
  • Minimum of 1 year of general warehouse experience.
  • Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift operator certification and 1 year experience operating a forklift highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Drive assigned delivery vehicle (sprinter van or box truck) across multiple delivery routes, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries.
  • Pick and organize parts for delivery according to route sequencing.
  • Load delivery vehicles safely, using padding or bracing to protect items during transit.
  • Follow assigned delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
  • Pick up returns, cores, and other items and return them to the branch.
  • Complete daily vehicle safety inspections/logs and maintain a clean delivery vehicle.
  • Report any accidents, defects, violations, or damage immediately.
  • Maneuver vehicles safely for loading/unloading, using spotters as needed.
  • Maintain driver logs, service records, and regulatory documentation.
  • Pull, pick, and stage customer orders for shipment or delivery during non-peak times.
  • Load or unload materials manually from pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
  • Stock and maintain inventory items in assigned warehouse locations.
  • May Operate forklifts to move materials (after certification).
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness through sweeping, dusting, mopping, and trash removal.
  • Inspect stock for wear or defects and report issues to supervisors.
