Requirements

  • Possess the ability to skillfully use basic hand tools for various tasks and adjustments.
  • Bring basic computer literacy, coupled with essential math and reading abilities, to effectively manage tasks and processes.
  • Always prioritize and perform job functions with a strong focus on safety, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Capable of comprehending and consistently following established work practices to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Must be able to fluently read invoices and comprehend commands in English, particularly in relation to our picking system, to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in accurately selecting products to fulfill customer orders with precision and speed.
  • Ensure products are securely prepared for shipping, maintaining their quality and integrity during transit.
  • Show exceptional attention to detail by thoroughly verifying each order against customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle essential shipping documents with care, ensuring they are accurately maintained and organized.
  • Efficiently monitor and manage our inventory of packaging supplies, ensuring they are readily available and stored properly.
  • Adapt to various tasks as needed, contributing to different aspects of operations to support evolving customer needs and business objectives.
  • Possess certification in operating diverse types of forklifts (including sit-down, stand-up, and reach models), contributing to efficient warehouse operations.
  • Apply the principles of 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) to enhance and maintain an organized, efficient, and safe workspace.
