About The Position

The goal of this role will be to assist the DBT Program Director with outreach to local and national community partners as Gladstone seeks to expand its DBT program. The individual in this role will also act as a clinical liaison for applicants to the DBT program upon inquiry to the DBT program to answer clinical questions and This role is considered a part of the DBT Leadership Team. The position is for internal posting only; all current DBT therapists are eligible to apply. Outreach Role: Foster and maintain positive relationships with community partners Develop and implement strategies to connect with the local and national community, raise awareness about DBT, and promote the DBT Program at Gladstone Monitor local and national listservs Respond to listserv emails with referral to DBT at Gladstone Monitor local social media therapist pages Respond to social media posts with referral to DBT at Gladstone (in collaboration with DBT Digital Marketing Committee members) Attend local community professional networking events Attend local community public events, such as Baltimore Pride Host a booth for DBT at Gladstone Join local or national committees, such as the NEABPD Connect with local community partners/referral sources When possible, meet in person via visiting community partner’s local office location, inviting partners to visit a Gladstone office, or meeting at a public location Or, connect virtually (via Zoom/Teams platforms, by phone, or by email) Create power point presentations about DBT/DBT at Gladstone Conduct presentations about DBT/DBT at Gladstone for local community partners Create and distribute DBT at Gladstone promotional materials, such as flyers, pens, magnets, etc. Update and maintain the Baltimore Area DBT Program Referral List Provide a list of professional contacts to the Digital Marketing Committee Establish and maintain ongoing methods of expressing gratitude to frequent referral partners, such as sending thank you notes Perform data analysis to demonstrate program success Maintain a professional demeanor and provide a positive impression of the DBT Program at Gladstone Clinical Liaison Role: In collaboration with the DBT Manager/Coordinator and DBT Program Director, establish a revised application process to include a clinical contact in the initial phase of application to the DBT program Contact applicants to the DBT program to provide a brief introduction to DBT at Gladstone and answer any clinical questions Collaborate with the DBT Program Director, DBT Manager/Coordinator, and assigned individual therapist on DBT applicants as appropriate Meetings and Coordination Meet on an as needed basis with DBT Leadership Team Attend scheduled supervision meetings with DBT Program Director (twice monthly) Hours dedicated to this role: As needed, up to 4 hours weekly, as approved by DBT Program Director. Rate: $50/hour (documented via Valant schedule non-patient appointment) Clinical Hours: Clinician will continue to meet DBT productivity expectations in accordance with their contract, as well as all other expectations associated with their role as a DBT therapist. Will report to: Rebecca Blake, DBT Program Director

Responsibilities
