About The Position
The Site Maintenance II position is responsible for keeping physical school facilities in operating condition to ensure full educational use at all times. Under the supervision of the Site Principal or designee and the Operations Maintenance Supervisor, the employee will communicate ongoing maintenance issues, direct custodial crews, inspect mechanical equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain a log of all work performed. The role may involve supervision and participation in the work of an assigned Lyon County School District facility on a daily basis, with work hours potentially including nights and weekends.
