Responsibilities

Ensure the continuity of services provided to customers and secure customer retention
Deliver product and ensure each account is adequately stocked
Work together with upper management to provide effective communication
Train new hires as needed
70% of your time will be spent filling in for call-offs / scheduled time-off / resolving work orders
This is a position that will require travel to multiple locations daily.
