About The Position

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Daytime Reset Crew. This role helps keep our busy facility clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout the day. If you enjoy staying active, keeping spaces orderly, and taking pride in maintaining a clean environment, this could be a great fit. Our Reset Crew helps “reset” the building throughout the day so that everything stays clean and organized for the group using the space. This position works within a professional early childhood center, helping support the teachers and staff by keeping the building clean and organized throughout the day. A clean and organized environment helps everyone do their best work. Our Reset Crew plays an important role in supporting our team and creating a welcoming space for the people who use our facility every day. Welcome to Early Advantage Developmental Child Care Center, where we're looking for passionate individuals who believe in the power of meaningful relationships to join our team! At Early Advantage, we understand that the heart of our center lies in the connections we build—with our students, their families, and each other. That's why we're not just looking for employees; we're seeking dedicated individuals who are ready to become part of a caring community where every interaction matters. As a potential candidate, you'll play a crucial role in fostering these meaningful relationships. You'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and their families, helping to create a warm, supportive environment where every child feels valued and understood. Our core values guide everything we do, and as a member of our team, you'll be expected to embody these values in your work: 1. Family Partnerships: We cherish the importance of family involvement and work hand in hand with families to provide a relationship-based experience that is safe, supportive, and enriching for each child. 2. Utilizing Growth Potential: We recognize the remarkable potential of the first five years of life and strive to instill a love for lifelong learning in our students. As a team member, you'll be encouraged to embrace continuous growth and development in your own role. 3. Well-Rounded Programs: Our commitment to providing a comprehensive early education means focusing on the holistic development of each child—socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. 4. Positive Impact: Through meaningful connections, we aim to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, their families, and each other. Your contributions as a team member will help create a nurturing environment where growth and empowerment thrive. 5. Caring Environment: We prioritize creating a caring, inclusive, and safe environment for everyone in our community. As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in creating a space where every child feels loved, supported, and valued. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families and believe in the power of meaningful relationships to drive positive change, we want to hear from you. Join us at Early Advantage, where every day is an opportunity to grow, connect, and make a difference. Each center is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the center, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of each center.
