About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Preschool Tumbling & Gymnastics Coach to join our Tumble Bearz program. This position involves teaching foundational tumbling and gymnastics skills to preschool-aged children in a structured yet fun setting. If you enjoy working with young children and are passionate about fostering their physical and emotional development, this role is for you!

Requirements

• Experience working with young children in a coaching, teaching, or childcare setting.
• Energetic, positive, and creative teaching style.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about working with preschool-aged children.

Nice To Haves

• Background in gymnastics, tumbling, or related physical activities is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning: Prepare and lead engaging, age-appropriate gymnastics and tumbling classes based on the Tumble Bearz curriculum.
• Class Instruction: Teach preschoolers foundational motor skills, coordination, and basic gymnastics techniques in a safe and fun environment.
• Safety & Supervision: Ensure all safety guidelines are followed and provide active supervision during classes.
• Positive Engagement: Build relationships with children and their families, creating a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere.
• Setup & Cleanup: Assist in setting up and taking down equipment before and after classes.
