Requirements

Demonstrates knowledge of safe work practices.
Demonstrates knowledge of menu items.
Demonstrates good customer service skills and basic math skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to meet physical demands for the entire shift, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to work quickly, yet efficiently and thoroughly.

Responsibilities

Handle food according to procedures, i.e., storing, labeling and stocking, etc.
Ensures personal safety while operating fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment within the kitchen.
Professional conduct is held amongst all employees and guests.
Ensures the work environment is clean and well-stocked, i.e., utensils, equipment, counters, floors, etc.
Communicates clearly with all team members and guests.
Reports maintenance issues to Management.
Prepares ingredients and food according to recipes and directions for distribution.
Maintaining the proper amount of food and product at all times.
Sets up, operates, and breaks down food stations.
Monitors food temperatures and hold times.
Attends and completes required training.
Has morning and afternoon availability.
Proper personal hygiene is maintained.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
