About The Position

Daytime Host, Wisconsin Room ($350 Sign On Bonus) Work Mode: Onsite Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Join our top-rated food and beverage teams and transform your passion for great food into exceptional guest service—growing your skills in effective selling techniques, proper food and liquor handling methods, and restaurant operations. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Greeting guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome Courteously escorting guests to tables Assisting servers and bus people when necessary Ensuring cleanliness throughout the front-of-house and restroom areas We are hiring for both Daytime and Evening hosts for casual part-time. Day time shifts are from 7am to 11am and Evening shifts are from 5pm to 10pm. Skills/Requirements Must be 18 years or older to apply Ability to obtain Bartender's License to assist in alcohol orders tableside. Prior restaurant experience required Host experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred. We are looking for a candidate who is energetic and willing to learn. Organization and previous customer services skills are helpful. Weekend availability required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The hourly range for this position is $8.60 - $12.90. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
