About The Position

Chick-fil-A is seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable individuals to join our Front of House team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service with speed and accuracy. This role includes working both inside the restaurant and outside in drive-thru operations, often under a variety of weather conditions. Schedule and Availability Day time Team Members should be available to work 5am to 5pm Monday through Saturday. Chick-fil-A Jefferson & Buchanan is now open! Known as much for our warm, personable service as our delicious food, Chick-fil-A has come a long way since our humble beginnings, when S. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong attention to detail, especially with cash handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Dependable and punctual.
Commitment to Chick-fil-A's values of hospitality, integrity, and excellence.
Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
Take and fulfill guest orders with speed and accuracy using POS systems
Assist guests with questions, concerns, and special requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, drink stations, and condiment areas
Stock and maintain front-of-house supplies
Operate outside in the drive-thru area, including order taking and meal delivery
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety and cleanliness standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
