And we are looking for someone who lives to serve and knows that teamwork is the foundation of success to be on our Utility / Dishwashing Team . The Dishwasher is a part-time position that will take on a variety of tasks related to day-to-day catering and event duties. This person will work closely with our culinary and operations departments. This person must be reliable and committed to working in a physically demanding position. This person must also be friendly and professional, both in the work place and while on-site at difference venues. Your COMMITMENT to us:

Requirements

Professional appearance and conduct to include adhering to the uniform policy at all times
Strong work ethic
Well disciplined, able to work under the pressure of many priorities and deadlines
Willingness and ability to receive instructions to carry out requested tasks
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Able to sit, stand and walk, for extended periods of time
Ability to lift heavy loads is required

Responsibilities

Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing event & production dishes by hand when necessary
Maintain daily cleaning tasks around the interior and exterior of the premises
Deep clean equipment and facilities as needed
Report any building or equipment issues to Operations Leadership in a timely manner
Understand and follow all utility procedures to maintain efficient and safe work environments
Be a MIBE (Make It Better Everyday) Leader
Model appropriate behavior and encourage team members to follow suit.
Support a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality service staff employees.
Act as an ambassador of the Company by sharing the Company’s core values, vision and direction with others.
Active participation in collaborative effort dates, assisting with duties outside your typical realm of responsibility during all hands on deck dates (within reason and with advance notice).
