Requirements

• Current Certified Home Health Aide certification in New Jersey
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience or CNA, CHHA, PCA, DSP preferred
• Valid CPR certification
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with companionship and conversation
• Support clients with activities, mobility, or transfers
• Provide supervision and reminders for safety in dementia care
• Prepare meals and remind clients to take medications
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Occasionally provide transportation for errands or appointments
