About The Position

The Personal Shopper Team Member is responsible for seamlessly filling customer orders in a fast-paced Fulfillment Center environment. This role emphasizes the quality of customer orders across inbound, outbound, and dispatch operational areas while embodying the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to job assignment and schedule changes.
• Ability to read and understand basic numerical data.
• Ability to meet operational targets and performance goals.
• Basic computer and operational systems skills.

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and transfer goods from suppliers into totes in the inbound area.
• Pick and pack customer orders in ambient, chill, or freezer environments in the outbound area.
• Assist in the loading or moving process of customer orders throughout the Fulfillment Center in the dispatch area.
• Achieve productivity goals and targets set by the company.
• Flex between various operational roles throughout the inbound, outbound, and dispatch work areas.
• Resolve minor production-related issues and seek assistance from Leadership as needed.
• Follow quality and accuracy guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience and accurate orders.
• Comply with all operational processes within the work area to drive efficiency.
• Follow all safety and food safety processes and guidelines, reporting any defective equipment or health and safety concerns.
• Provide recommendations to Leadership to encourage best practices and continuous improvement.
