About The Position
Jupiter Learning Academy is expanding, and our Louisa location is seeking a Lead Daycare Teacher and Teacher Assistant to join our team. Our daycare program utilizes the Al's Pals SEL Curriculum, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals dedicated to early childhood education. Are you passionate about singing, laughing, dancing, playing, and sharing smiles with children and their families in a daycare setting? This position offers both full-time and part-time options, allowing flexibility for our staff. We seek individuals committed to providing a safe, clean, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, leading engaging learning activities aligned with our curriculum, building strong relationships with parents and staff, and contributing to the continued success of our program. As a Lead Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, clean, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. You will plan and lead fun learning activities that support our curriculum while building positive relationships with parents and staff and communicating effectively. We are looking for candidates who are committed to maintaining high-quality childcare standards and demonstrate a dedication to personal and professional growth. This role requires a minimum of 6 months working experience with a passion for working with young children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old. You will be expected to show a willingness to learn and grow as part of our teaching team. Compensation will be based on experience and education level, and we encourage candidates with a positive attitude and creative spirit to apply.
