About The Position

At The Learning Experience (TLE), we make early education joyful, engaging, and meaningful for both children and teachers. Our Teachers play an essential role in guiding young learners through hands-on discovery, creativity, and exploration. We are looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
At least 6 months of professional experience in a childcare or preschool setting.
Demonstrated understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
Must meet all state-specific childcare licensing requirements.
Reliable, dependable, and passionate about working with young children.

Nice To Haves

CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage your classroom to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support each child’s cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.
Partner with Assistant Teachers to deliver effective lesson plans and maintain classroom structure.
Build strong, positive relationships with parents and families through daily communication.
Monitor and document children’s progress while supporting individualized learning goals.
Ensure the classroom environment meets all health, safety, and state licensing standards.
Collaborate with center leadership to uphold brand quality and support center-wide initiatives.
