Minimum of Highschool Diploma

Effective stress management
Adept multitasking abilities

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, ensuring the safety and well-being of our children

Nice To Haves

Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or a CDA Credential—or the willingness to obtain education credits with our support.
Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education, particularly with toddlers and preschoolers.
