About The Position

It Takes A Village Family of Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced Birth to 3 Teacher to join our early childhood centers; creating a safe and stimulating environment conducive to learning and exploration. Requirements

An associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting is preferred.
A compassionate individual who prioritizes the well-being and needs of young children.
A creative individual who possesses a deep understanding of early childhood development, including milestones, developmental stages, and individual differences among children.
A professional educator who is adept at designing and implementing activities and curricula that stimulate learning and exploration.

Nice To Haves

Gateways Levels 1-5 preferred
Professional Educator License (PEL) in Early Childhood Education or a related certification is a plus.
Experience in an early childhood setting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants and toddlers in a safe and stimulating environment.
Conduct developmental assessments to identify individual needs and create tailored plans for each child's growth and development.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences to promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining cleanliness, administering first aid when necessary, and monitoring for signs of illness or distress.
