Requirements

6 months of experience in child care
Current NC DSS Background Qualifying Letter
An open mind to integrating Montessori and Reggio philosophies into their teaching style
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to build relationships with teacher assistant(s) and delegate tasks as needed
