About The Position
Position Overview: As Head Teacher, this person coordinates activities with classroom staff and serves as liaison when center-wide activities/concerns are discussed. The Head Teacher will work in partnership with parents to meet needs of children.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field. No additional experience required.
- Child Development Associate Credential or 9 college credits in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field.
- Two years childcare experience.
- Head of group for infants/toddlers: In addition to the above, one year of specific training/experience in infant or toddler care.
