Daycare Shuttle Bus Driver - Pediatric Day Healthcare Center
About The Position
Join the Aveanna Healthcare Pediatric Day Healthcare Center team - where compassion, care, and childhood joy come together every day! We're looking for caring and dependable Bus/Van Drivers to safely transport children and nursing staff to and from our Pediatric Day Health Center (PDHC). This is a Monday-Friday role with morning and afternoon split shifts - no nights, weekends, or holidays! Requirements
- Valid PA Driver's License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Current CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation).
- Friendly, reliable, and committed to safety and teamwork!
Nice To Haves
- Prior transportation or delivery experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport children (ages birth to 8 years) and nursing staff to and from the center.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance and safety checks before and after each trip.
- Ensure children are secure and comfortable during transit.
- Build positive relationships with families, staff, and kiddos.
- Serve as an important member of our multidisciplinary care team.
