About The Position

We are hiring at The Goddard School in Parker, CO. We are a large childcare center that has offered care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years of age since 2007. Looking for a new career? Love working with kids? You don't need experience - we can train you. Have some experience but want to take classes and build your career in early childhood education? We pay for your ECE professional development courses, such as EQIT, Pyramid Plus, CDA and ECE courses. We have a great community of teachers and families. We strive to be kind and welcoming and our admin team (all former ECE teachers) are supportive and want you to be successful. At our school, you get the breaks you deserve throughout the day and we take your wellbeing seriously. We take multiple approaches to training during onboarding and as your career progresses with us.
