Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance across different classrooms and age groups as directed by the lead teachers or management.
• Assist with implementing daily activities, lessons, and routines under the guidance of classroom teachers.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for children by following health and safety protocols.
• Engage children in educational and play activities to promote social, physical, and cognitive development.
• Help with mealtime and snack preparation, feeding, and cleanup.
• Assist in diapering, toileting, and other personal care tasks as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and coworkers.
• Follow all daycare policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the well-being of children and compliance with regulations.
