About The Position

Currently accepting applications for a full time Associate Daycare Director. Must have early childhood and preferably have supervisory experience to help lead our dynamic team of early childhood and therapy professionals. Requirements

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to multitask
Proven track record managing a childcare center or preschool
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Successful background implementing organizational policies and procedures in a facility
Demonstrate success in a leadership role in the implementation of quality initiatives
Knowledge of preschool and childcare licensing regulations
Early childhood experience
Supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

Experience with preschool children with special needs, special education, speech therapy, PT and OT

Responsibilities

Responsible for all program operations and ensure that they support the philosophy of the organization
Recruit, orient, supervise, train, and develop the team. Ensure a positive team atmosphere.
Develop and regularly monitor systems to ensure all quality assurance practices; regulatory agency requirements; timely and comprehensive child and family intake; meeting concerns and needs of participating families.
