About The Position

As our next TMA driver, you'll be at the heart of our mission—protecting your team and the traveling public. Your work directly helps prevent accidents and ensures crews can safely complete services. Requirements

Education: High School or GED
Experience: 1 year driving experience – waste & recycling services experience preferred
License: Driver’s License
Age: Must be at least 21 years of age
Compliance: Must maintain an acceptable driving record and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
Safety & Compliance Focus: Ability to follow safety procedures, conduct inspections, operate equipment responsibly, and comply with all traffic, site, and regulatory requirements.
Operational Execution & Reliability: Strong ability to plan routes, complete work efficiently and accurately, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain consistent, dependable attendance.
Communication & Issue Reporting: Effectively communicate with supervisors and teammates, represent the Company professionally, and promptly report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns.

Responsibilities

Route Execution: Review routes in advance, ask clarifying questions as needed, and complete assigned work on time with attention to quality.
Safety & Inspections: Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and operational before starting work.
Equipment & Material Handling: Operate equipment safely and efficiently, follow traffic laws and site protocols, and handle materials according to disposal and safety procedures.
Reporting & Documentation: Immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns and accurately complete required logs and paperwork.
Professional Communication: Represent the Company professionally and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
Adaptability & Reliability: Respond effectively to changing conditions, solve problems as they arise, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
