About The Position
Massive Night Club, located in the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, is seeking a dedicated and personable daytime bartender to join our dynamic team. As a part of our establishment, you will be immersed in an inclusive atmosphere that celebrates diversity and community. Our club is known for its electrifying fusion of underground dance music, captivating performances, and visionary shows, making it a unique venue in Seattle's nightlife scene. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks and providing friendly, attentive service to our diverse clientele. You will manage bar operations during your shift, which includes inventory control, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area is essential, as is building strong relationships with our regular guests. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this position. As a daytime bartender at Massive, you will follow all bartending school guidelines and best practices to ensure high-quality service. You will also handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management as necessary.
