As our next Street Sweeper, you'll be at the heart of our mission—delivering essential services that help improve public safety and enhance environmental quality. In this role, you’ll take ownership of assigned routes, drive the street sweeper, and operate specialized equipment to keep streets clean and well-maintained. Safety & Inspections: Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and operational before starting work. Equipment & Material Handling: Operate equipment safely and efficiently, follow traffic laws and site protocols, and handle materials according to disposal and safety procedures. Reporting & Documentation: Promptly report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns and accurately complete required logs and paperwork. Professional Communication: Represent the Company professionally and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients. Adaptability & Reliability: Respond effectively to changing conditions, solve problems as they arise, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
