The essential job functions include stocking all merchandise in its proper location according to shelf allocation established by management, providing efficient and courteous service to customers at all times, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. Responsibilities also include unloading trucks, sweeping and mopping all areas of the store, checking shelf labels for pricing accuracy, and rotating merchandise to ensure freshness and quality. The Day Stocker will be responsible for hanging shelf tags, stacking products in the stockroom, and properly disposing of trash.
