This job is helping the opening manager get the restaurant ready for serving our customers, turning on equipment, preparing first runs of coffee, orange juice and all of the breakfast menu. This position then would transfer to a service or kitchen position at 5am. The opening shifts are from 4am to 11am, and the job is primarily focused on daily stocking and prepping food and supplies. This is an early morning job that is 4am-10am, looking for Monday - Friday. The restaurant is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
