As a Crew Person, you will be responsible for greeting customers with a smile, taking accurate food orders, preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food, partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and ensuring items are well stocked. This position offers a starting wage of $13.50/hour and up, with a requirement of 35-40 hours per week. The hours include opening shifts and mid shifts, but nothing later than 5pm, and you will get weekends off. This job may include taking orders, receiving payment, and presentation of orders, or working in our grill areas. Some cleaning is required. If you are chosen to become a member of our team, you will need an email address and a password to access crew discounts, schedules, payroll information, and you will also need bank account information for direct deposit of your paychecks, Social Security Number/legal work permits, and I-9 information should you be hired.
