About The Position

The role involves operating a yard loader to move and load bulk materials safely and efficiently, inspecting equipment daily, assisting with railcar and truck loading/unloading operations, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and communicating with team members and supervisors to coordinate material flow.

Requirements

• Skilled in operating heavy equipment in an industrial or outdoor setting
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working in physically demanding and fast-paced environments
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and operational checks

Responsibilities

• Operate yard loader to move and load bulk materials safely and efficiently
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs or safety concerns
• Assist with railcar and truck loading/unloading operations
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe operations
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material flow
