About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good people skills and the ability to solve problems in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage material movement through the department to meet On-Time-Delivery (OTD) performance metrics.
• Operate overhead and manual floor lifting equipment to maneuver, load, and unload items onto and off of the paint line that exceed 50lbs.
• Utilize pre-coating agents, mix and match colors and textures according to specifications, and fill or level materials as required.
• Follow compound specifications for mixing of paints and painting techniques.
• Apply paint and any additional finishes according to sales order and work instructions.
• Read and interpret drawings, technical specifications and material data sheets.
• Maintain accurate and complete records as required.
• Perform quality inspections as described in quality plans and work instructions.
• Follow quality procedures according to ISO 9001.
• Commit to following all work instructions, policies, and posted signs or instructions regarding safety, including proper use of required PPE at all times.
• Understand individual 'right and duty to intervene' in the event of an evident safety concern.
