About The Position

Learn to safely operate mobile equipment such as haul trucks, loaders, and water trucks under supervision Support daily quarry production by transporting raw materials efficiently Conduct pre‑operation inspections and report equipment conditions Follow safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operational guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

  • Strong safety awareness with the ability to follow procedures consistently
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn mobile equipment operation
  • Dependability, teamwork, and a proactive work ethic
  • Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing site conditions
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment
  • Capability to climb ladders, steps, and uneven surfaces
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials or tools up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
  • Frequent bending, standing, walking, and use of hands and feet to operate controls
  • Visual, hearing, and depth‑perception ability required to operate equipment safely
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
  • Continued compliance with company safety, training, and regulatory requirements
