Requirements

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical systems and components
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to maintenance protocols
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergency maintenance needs

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Safely operate tools and equipment to complete maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with plant team to support production goals and equipment reliability
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections
