About The Position

Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to support production needs Manage material handling, stockpiling, and load-out activities Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations Follow all site safety policies and contribute to a strong safety culture

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
  • Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial environment
  • Capability to perform equipment inspections and identify basic mechanical issues
  • Reliable work habits and commitment to teamwork
  • Ability to work invariable outdoor conditions
  • Ability to sit, stand, climb, and walk on uneven surfaces for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Sufficient hand-eye coordination to operate equipment controls safely
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments that involve dust, noise, and changing weather
  • Capacity to enter and exit heavy equipment using ladders and steps
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
