Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges quickly.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company standards.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. and occasional lifting of heavier materials with assistance.
  • Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and inclement weather.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Must comply with all company safety and operational policies.
