About The Position

Lead daily sand and gravel production activities to ensure safe, efficient operations. Coordinate and guide crew members to maintain consistent workflow and quality standards. Operate and oversee mobile and stationary equipment used in aggregate production. Monitor material flow, identify issues, and take action to maintain optimal plant performance. Support continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, productivity, and equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of aggregate processing equipment and safe operating practices.
• Capability to troubleshoot operational challenges and make sound decisions.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across roles and shifts.
• Ability to work in physically active roles that include standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting materials or equipment as part of daily operations.
• Capability to safely navigate uneven terrain, elevated work areas, and confined spaces while using required personal protective equipment.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
