About The Position

The Building Maintenance Engineer performs skilled work in the operation, minor maintenance and of boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, compressors, instrumentation, generators, pumps, heating, air conditioning, ventilating, lighting power, water, water treatment and other electrical and mechanical systems to achieve maximum performance and efficiency of operation on a daily basis. This role will be for a Class A office space in Austin, Texas.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance and operation of mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in HVAC or related fields.
• Experience working in Class A office spaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and HVAC equipment.
• Perform minor maintenance on compressors and instrumentation.
• Ensure the efficient operation of generators and pumps.
• Manage heating, air conditioning, and ventilating systems.
• Oversee lighting power and water treatment systems.
