About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Dungarvin Santa Rosa, you will play an active and important role in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Requirements

• Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work with individuals with behavioral needs.
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism.
• Good communication skills for documenting care and collaborating with team members.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and able to learn new systems.
• Ability to lift and transfer 50 lbs.
