Requirements

• Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
• Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience working in the human service field
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Provides support, and supervision to all staff and individuals in the Day Program setting
• Creates and maintains a positive, learning, supportive environment for all employees and individuals
• Ensures accuracy and efficiency in billing and staffing in regard to daily revenue
• Ensures implementation and documentation of all training, support, and behavior programs as required by the individual's plan and regulatory agencies
• Ensures safety by accounting for all employees and individuals on-site, in the van, and on-trip activities
• Ensures employee compliance with policies and procedures through monitoring and training
• Provides constructive feedback to employees through positive interactions, role modeling, and mentoring
• Performs all other duties as assigned
