Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit)
- Clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required
- Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
- Flexible availability to work between M-F 7a-5p
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of experience Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred
- Experience in behavioral redirection supports
- Occasionally lifting up to 50#
Responsibilities
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Assist people with their personal hygiene
- Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
- Planning and implementing creative approaches to encourage active participation in the program as well as community
- Be actively moving throughout the day
- Provide transpiration supports utilizing various road ways including Highways, Country, Cities
