About The Position

We are seeking to hire a Outside Day Porter . Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible. Job Requirements will be responsible for maintaining the parking lots, parking garage and outside grounds of the building requiring using a blower, broom and dust pan, and remove trash from outside trash cans in the parking garage and other outside areas and miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively. Prior cleaning experience is a plus. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Janitor experience a plus but will train. Reliable Transportation.
