About The Position

Position: Day Porter Location: Clackamas Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Wage: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (depending on experience) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and life insurance coverage. One week of paid vacation One week of paid sick time 401K with Company Match up to 4%.

Requirements

• Must be U.S. Citizen
• Must have 2–3 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience
• Must be able to pass extensive background checks
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass a drug test
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching (up to 100% of the workday)
• Frequent reaching overhead and forward
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Scrub, strip, and refinish hard floors
• Perform carpet cleaning
• Window cleaning and other project work as assigned by the Supervisor
• Fill in as needed for janitorial positions, including:
• Cleaning restrooms
• Mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Removing trash and recycling
• Restocking paper supplies and liners
• Drive a company vehicle to travel between job sites
