About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team at the AKG facility in Mebane. If you take pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional cleaning or janitorial experience.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality for the 6:00 AM start time are essential.
- Attitude: A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Restocking: Ensuring all bathrooms are fully stocked with paper products and soap; putting away supply shipments as they arrive.
- Restroom Maintenance: Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of all restroom facilities.
- General Cleaning: Dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and sweeping/mopping hard floors.
- Waste Management: Pulling trash and recycling from designated areas and disposing of it properly.
- Support: Performing other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure the facility meets high standards.
